Hawa Kombian:
Hawa recently joined the Youth Alive
team after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. A Canadian-born
Ghanaian, she is eager to increase her understanding of the issues facing
street youth in in her home country so that she can share their stories and
create a meaningful impact. Hawa’s interests include travel, music, writing and
blogging about her time in Ghana at www.underafricanskieshk.blogspot.com.
Alex started working with Youth Alive Ghana at the
beginning of 2012. Ghana is his first international experience and he
continually finds his interests and perspectives broadening from his work. He wishes there were more of him to pursue his interests
(photography, journalism, education, community development, art, human rights,
languages and international relations) but does what he can with his
